Waco pup's eye beaten from his head

This sweet dog was impounded at Waco Humane Society after his owner is thought to have beaten him so badly to have caused his eyeball to protrude.

This little one is thought to be about two years of age and is only interested in making new friends. The Waco Humane Society has reached out to local rescues to try and save this sweet boy.

More facts are being sought about the case in hopes that charges will be filed for animal abuse, but for now, the shelter is really trying to find a good home for this deserving dog.

The shelter is reaching out to the community. "We'd really like to place this sweet guy - he deserves to be with people who will LOVE him."

  1. Would-to-God I could find those responsible: There'd be someone suffering that proverbial 'poke in the eye with a sharp stick", I can guarantee you!

Cindy - please keep us abreast of his plight and progress? Facebook link, anyone?
